We've been making pork sausage according to the traditional Mennonite way for a very long time. We are the third generation, starting from Isaiah Dettweiler, to be involved in the manufacture of pork sausage.
We've not been without our own changes - we make the smoked sausage in Montreal now and our retail store is now on Victoria St. in Breslau, but we are still known for our high quality, Mennonite style sausage - still no fillers and nitrite-free.
